Employee Development

Manitoba Hydro is committed to the ongoing development of our employees. Our Employee Learning and Development Department provides a variety of learning options including traditional classroom, self-directed learning, online learning as well as technical and trades training.

We provide eligible employees with support for their development through the following programs:
