Are There Any Other Requirements?

• the ability to lift heavy objects;
• demonstrate an aptitude for the Line Trade at the Pre-Placement Screening Session;
• have a mechanical aptitude;
• be capable of communicating effectively, orally and writing;
• have the ability to work harmoniously with other employees;
• have a minimum valid class 5 Manitoba Drivers Licence (Intermediate or Full);
• be willing to attain the educational requirements;
• have proof of Aboriginal descent.
