Manitoba Hydro is committed to working with Aboriginal communities in a spirit of cooperation.

Manitoba Hydro's workplace should be representative of the communities where we live and work. Aboriginal people are a growing component of Manitoba's population and Manitoba Hydro's customer base. In 2011–12, aboriginal employment at Manitoba Hydro was 16 per cent of our overall workforce with 41 per cent making up our northern workforce.
