Privacy of Export Contracts

In July 2011, The Public Utilities Board (PUB) of Manitoba subpoenaed Manitoba Hydro for complete copies of recent export contracts. Manitoba Hydro maintains that aspects of these agreements contain competitive information that would harm its interests if made public, as well as violate confidentiality agreements with its customers.
