Youth safety presentations
From January to April, we provide educational presentations for Winnipeg Grade 6 classes about the safe use of electricity and the dangers of electrical and natural gas equipment.
Presentations are held at the Manitoba Electrical Museum & Education Centre, 680 Harrow Street.
In addition to the safety presentation, students will tour the museum to learn about hydroelectric development in Manitoba. The program is free and supports the Grade 6 Science curriculum. Please allow 2 hours for your visit.
