Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
An easy way to make regular, scheduled payments to your account; no more postage, missed payments, or late fees.
Monthly payments are automatically withdrawn from your financial institution on the payment due date. All Canadian financial institutions (banks, trust companies, credit unions, etc.) offer pre-authorized payments with no additional charges over a paper cheque.
You will continue to receive bills with the dollar amount and date of your withdrawal for your records.
You must complete and submit an application form to enroll. You can:
- Apply online;
- Pick up an application at any Manitoba Hydro payment centre;
- Download an application form;
- Request an application by phoning 1-204-480-5900 or 1-888-MBHYDRO (1-888-624-9376) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
You can combine pre-authorized payments with the Equal Payment Plan, MyBill or epost.
