Application Details & Forms
All applications may be submitted from July 1 to November 1 of each year for projects planned for implementation in the next year. Late applications will be returned to the applicants.
How to apply
- Select one of three application forms below and, before you begin, save it on your computer.
- Close the form in the browser window and open the form on your computer. If you do not see highlighted form fields, you may have to download the most recent version of Adobe Reader.
Download free Adobe Reader. - Enter information into the PDF form fields. (Save as you go to avoid losing any information.)
- Scan any supporting information and save as either a jpg or PDF.
- Email the completed form and any supporting information files to Forest Enhancement Program.
You may also print the PDF, complete it by hand, and mail it along with copies of any supporting information. The mailing address is on the last page of the form.
Application 1: Small-scale tree planting projects requesting up to $5,000
Application 2: Large-scale tree planting projects requesting from $5,001 to $20,000
Application 3: Forest education projects up to $20,000 or innovative forest projects requesting up to $30,000.
