MyBill Technical Requirements

MyBill works best with the following browsers:

Note: For security, MyBill uses 128-bit encryption.

JavaScript must be enabled to view MyBill. Follow these steps to enable:

Internet Explorer:

  • On the Internet Explorer menu, click "Tools/Internet Options".
  • Select the "Security" tab.
  • Click the "Custom Level" button, which will open a "Security Settings" dialog box.
  • Under the "Scripting" options in the Security Settings window, make sure that "Active scripting", "Allow paste options via script" and "Scripting of Java applets" are set as enabled.
  • Click "OK" twice to save the changes and return to your browser window.
  • Refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox:

  • On the Mozilla Firefox menu, click "Tools/Options".
  • Select the "Content" tab. JavaScript and Java need to be set as enabled.
  • Click "OK" to save the changes and return to your browser window.
  • Refresh the page.

To view the MyBill pdf, you will need a current version of Adobe Reader - download now.

Mac users: Please note the browser requirements but be advised that we cannot guarantee MyBill will always function as expected on Mac operating systems.
