  2. All bills exclude federal, provincial or municipal taxes. Newfoundland Power does however include a municipal tax and rate stabilization adjustment which is built into their rates.
  3. Ontario – The Ontario Clean Energy Benefit 10% discount is applied on the first 3,000 kWh/month for both residential and general service (small loads).
