  2. All bills exclude federal, provincial or municipal taxes. Newfoundland Power does however include a Municipal Tax and Rate Stabilization Adjustment which is built into their rates.
  3. Ontario – The Ontario Clean Energy Benefit (OCEB) 10% discount is applied on the first 3,000 kWh/ month for both Residential and General Service (Small loads). The OCEB is applied before taxes by Hydro One Networks Inc and Kenora Hydro and after taxes by Toronto Hydro.
