New Product Testing

We require specific information and often a product sample before your lighting product can be evaluated for listing on our Eligible Product List. Submission requirements for lighting technologies can be found below.

T8 fluorescent lighting systems

• Fixtures
  • complete the T8 fixtures form;
  • cut sheets that support information entered in the form;
  • no samples required.
• Electronic ballasts
  • complete the T8 electronic ballasts form;
  • cut sheets that support information entered in the form;
  • 2 samples required.
• Energy efficient lamps
  • complete the T8 energy efficient lamps form;
  • cut sheets that support information entered in the form;
  • 2 samples required.

T5/T5 high output fluorescent lighting systems

• Electronic ballasts
  • complete the T5/T5 high output electronic ballasts form;
  • cut sheets that support information entered in the form;
  • 2 samples required.
• Energy efficient lamps
  • complete the T5 energy efficient lamps form;
  • cut sheets that support information entered in the form;
  • 2 samples required.

Induction lighting systems

Compact fluorescent lighting systems

High intensity discharge lighting systems

• Line voltage screw-in lamps
