Available Rebates

The following rebates are available for adding insulation to meet Power Smart recommended levels:

• Attic insulation: $0.02 /R /square foot
• Uninsulated wall cavities: $0.04 /R /square foot
• Walls, re-siding: $0.10 /R /square foot
• Basement walls: $0.02 /R /square foot
• Crawlspaces: $0.08 /R /square foot for walls; $0.06 /R /square foot for horizontal skirt requirement (note: both requirements must be met in order to qualify for a rebate)

Rebates will be calculated based upon the difference between the insulation levels required by the applicable building codes(s) in effect at the time of construction of the home, or addition to the home, and Power Smart levels. Rebate amounts cannot exceed the material cost of the insulation measure(s) installed.
