How to Qualify

To qualify for the Lower Income Energy Efficiency Program, homeowners must:

  • live in single detached homes, semi-detached homes (includes houses, townhouses, row houses, multiple houses), or mobile homes on permanent foundations;
  • live there on a year-round basis;
  • have a total household income (before deductions) that falls within levels associated with the community size in the chart below:
