New Home Program
The New Home Program ended February 28, 2011. Applications and houses that were registered with the program prior to February, 28, 2011 will be honored, and incentives will be paid upon completion and certification of the registered house. A home must be certified by February 28, 2012 in order to be eligible for incentives. For more information contact us.

Fill out an application with your builder. You will also need to submit your house plans (hard copy or email) to Manitoba Hydro. For information about builders, building ideas and local events, visit the Manitoba Home Builders' Association website*.
