How to Take Part
- Determine if you are a good candidate for the Solar Water Heating Program.
- Contact a participating contractor for a quote. As prices may vary, we recommend speaking with more than one participating contractor.
- Be sure that the solar water heating system meets eligibility requirements and proceed with installation.
- If you are applying for a Residential Earth Power Loan for solar water heaters, your financing application must be submitted before installation.
- Once installed, submit your Solar Water Heating Program application, along with a copy of the invoice and completed questionnaire.
- Some program participants will be selected for post-installation system performance monitoring and evaluation.
