This Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAPP) Agreement may be cancelled by either party at any time, subject to providing notification of at least 3 days but not more than 30 days, before the next withdrawal. Read more about cancelling the PAPP.

You have certain recourse rights, e.g. reimbursement, if any withdrawal does not comply with this agreement. If you have any questions about a specific withdrawal, contact Manitoba Hydro.
