Ways to pay your bill

Payment options

We offer a variety of ways to pay your energy bill. However, we don’t accept e-transfers, credit card, cash, phone or in-person payments at this time. See the options below to find one that works for you.


Pay in person (bank or credit union)

Visit any financial institution and pay by cheque, cash or bank draft.

Pay online (bank or credit union)

Log into your digital banking app or financial institution’s website, add us as a payee with your 14-digital account number and pay with your account.

Use a bill payment service

Visit select MoneyGram and Money Mart locations and pay by cash or debit.

You’ll need your bill or 14-digit account number for the initial set up.

Send us a cheque

Deposit a cheque with your 14-digit account number in the drop box at our head office in Winnipeg or mail it to:

Make paying easier

We have plans that can simplify your monthly payments.


Pre-authorized Payment Plan

Have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on its due date. Log in to your online account and select “Pre-authorized Payment Plan” under the “Billing” section.

Equal Payment Plan

Set up equal monthly payments based on your past energy use. This payment plan starts in September and balances out in August.

Give yourself some extra time paying off your balance by setting up pre-scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments.
