Do you need to report your payment?

You normally don’t have to report to us that a payment has been made. You would only do this if a customer service representative has requested it as part of a payment arrangement you have in place. If you’ve been asked to report a payment, email us at proofofpayment@hydro.mb.ca.

Payments made through online banking may take three to four days to show in your online account. If the payment is still not showing up after this time, check with your bank to see that the payment was processed.
