All Manitoba Hydro offices will be closed on Friday, September 30, as our organization recognizes National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day.

Emergency service response will continue as per normal practice.

“Giving our employees time that day in observance of Truth and Reconciliation provides a meaningful message of support to Indigenous Peoples and our community,” said Jeff Betker (Vice-President, Indigenous and External Relations & Communications). “It is our intent that our employees use the time to honour the day as feels right in their own journey — whether it is observed quietly to heal, or used as an opportunity for further learning, or to participate in events happening across Manitoba.”
