With our partnership with the University of Manitoba Internationally-educated Engineers Qualification Program (IEEQ), we support the development of internationally-recognized engineers in their pursuit of reaching academic qualification and professional designation through Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM).
The partnership offers the following each year:
- 2 bursaries of $2,500 each;
- co-op placement opportunities from May to August;
- recruitment through the Career Development Program of up to 2 student(s) who have successfully completed the IEEQ Program.
Students must be internationally educated engineers enrolled in the IEEQ program. Contact the IEEQ office at the University of Manitoba for bursary eligibility requirements.
All co-op placement opportunities are coordinated through the IEEQ office. Recruitment usually begins in January and work terms run from May to August.
The Career Development Program selections are made in August.
