Project overview
We’re committed to meeting the needs and abilities of all people, while ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained. Part of that commitment includes updating our two-year accessibility plan. This document includes key areas including customer service, information and communication, employment and built environment.

To better understand the barriers to accessibility encountered at Manitoba Hydro, we’re consulting with interested parties on how people receive information, take part in programs and access our services.
Your feedback will help us to improve access and remove barriers for our customers, public and employees. The resulting accessibility plan will take effect in 2027 for two calendar years.
How to participate
You can share your feedback in a few different ways:
Attend an event
We have a series of conferences and open houses where you’ll be able to connect in person to share your thoughts:

Take our survey
If you’d prefer to participate online, our survey is anonymous and you can give your feedback at any time and way that works for you:
Request materials
If you need specific materials, including braille or large format printing, let us know and we’d be happy to support the request. Email us at accessibility@hydro.mb.ca.
