Complete and submit the following two online forms on move-in day. Your form will be processed within two weeks. We can only process your application once all your information has been received.

Once your application is processed, we’ll send you a welcome email with your 14-digit account number. Use the link in the email to activate your online account.

Your first bill will be ready 45-60 days after your application has been processed.
- If you purchased a property, billing starts on the legal possession date, which can be found on your purchase agreement.
- If you’re moving to a rental property, you’re responsible for paying the energy bills from the day you receive the keys until the day you return them to the landlord.
- If you’re a commercial customer you may need to pay a security deposit.
Building a new home
To get a new service connection (such as installing an electrical or natural gas service that wasn't there before), you'll need to apply for a service connection.
