Emergency phone lines are always open. Our call centre is open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our busiest call times are usually from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Call wait time details
Call wait times are updated every five minutes and are classified into three categories:
- Low. Wait times less than five minutes.
- Moderate. Wait times between five to 15 minutes.
- High. Wait times more than 15 minutes.
