On April 29, 2026, Manitoba Hydro filed Volume 2 of its Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and Major New Facilities (MNF) Review with the Public Utilities Board of Manitoba (PUB) for its review and recommendations to the Provincial Government regarding the needs for, or alternatives to, the proposed major new generating facility included in the IRP.
