If you’re having trouble paying your bill, we can set up a flexible payment arrangement to help. A payment arrangement is an agreement that gives you extra time to pay your account balance. You can set up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom payments. Having an active payment arrangement on your account will prevent further collections.

In addition to payment arrangements, we provide additional support if you’re unable to pay your bill.
If you break your payment arrangement, your service is at risk of being load limited or fully disconnected. Full payment of the overdue balance, as well as a reconnection fee, will be required before service is fully restored.
Reconnection fees range from $70 to $100 plus GST for gas service and $150 plus GST for electric service, and a security deposit may also be required. Reconnection of power can take up to 72 hours and some exceptions may apply such as bad weather and fly-in or remote communities.
