Due to ongoing technical issues, many of our online forms have been unavailable since Friday, February 9. As of February 16, we have PDF versions available so you can download, fill out, and email them to us for manual processing.
We started with the most popular forms and soon we’ll have PDFs available for everything. Just fill them out and email the completed version to the email address listed on the page.

Note: The Manitoba Hydro app and online account are not impacted. All functions within the Manitoba Hydro online account are operating normally.

Manitoba Hydro’s online forms are offline due to technical issues. A team is working to restore the forms, but there is currently no timeline for when they will be fixed. Some of these requests can be handled by calling 1-888-624-9376.
