Register your profile

All candidates wishing to apply on current jobs must register their profile and apply through our online application system.

Your profile is your online resumé. When you register, you create your profile with your contact information, qualifications, education, work experience, and career interests. Once your profile is complete, you can:

  • apply for jobs;
  • request job alerts, which will notify you of job postings that may interest you;
  • monitor the status of your job applications.

You only have to create your profile once. You can update your profile at any time by logging in.

Apply on jobs & set job alerts

Once you have registered your profile, select the Employment opportunities tab to search and apply for jobs.

  • find a job that interests you;
  • select Apply to be directed to an Application Wizard.
  • complete a cover letter and questionnaire, if applicable.

  • use the most current version of your browser (For an optimal experience Internet Explorer is recommended. For Mac users, Firefox is suggested);
  • turn off any pop-up blockers and add * to your allowed sites list.

Forgot your username or password

If you have registered and created a profile, but cannot remember your username or password, you can request this information:

Email address already in use

This message means a profile has already been created using this email address.

Difficulty accessing your profile

If you applied directly for a job without creating a password, you would have received an email with your username and password at the time your application was submitted.

Attaching resumés or transcripts

  • log in to your profile;
  • select attachments, add, and then browse;
  • select the file that you want to add, open, and then save.

Setting job notifications

Set up customized job alerts to receive emails when we post new jobs in your area of interest.

  • log in to your profile;
  • select employment opportunities;
  • select your area of interest and enter a few key words to describe this program.

The status of your application

After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation message. We will send an email to confirm that we received your application. View the status of your application:
