You will help customers with their account, explain payment options or support them during a service interruption as part of a team focused on delivering a positive customer experience. We're problem-solvers, customer advocates and trusted advisors who help customers through important moments every day.
Responsibilities
As a customer engagement specialist, you will:
- assist customers with billing and account inquiries
- guide customers through online self-service tools
- explain products, programs and payment options
- support someone experiencing a power outage
- resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- provide personalized solutions that meet customer needs
- support customers through multiple communication channels
- contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Qualifications
Required
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- basic math skills
- computer proficiency
- keyboarding skills
- minimum two years of customer service experience
Preferred experience
- contact centre environments
- technical support
- credit and collections
- administrative or clerical support
Additional assets
- bilingual in English and French
- experience using AI tools to enhance the customer experience
- experience working with multiple systems at the same time
