The bill you receive electronically looks virtually identical to the paper bills we mail out. Bill inserts are also available online.
The electronic bills are in pdf format; to view, you will need Adobe Reader.
If you were unable to view the sample bill, your Adobe Reader may not be set up properly.
If you installed a newer version over top of the older version, Adobe Reader will continue to operate like the older version. The older version has to be removed completely first. You also may have a version that is not compatible with your operating system. Use "add or remove programs" in your Control Panel to remove the older version of Adobe Reader, then restart your computer.
